CELÉ Room – Cleaning and linen included

The equipped room Cele offers from its window a beautiful view of the Célé, the impressive cliffs, the two castles as well as the village of Cabrerets.

With its independent access at the level of the alley, this small cottage has its back in the cliff, which provides it with natural air conditioning and remains cool in summer.

This lodge “mini studio” offers a private bathroom, and is equipped with a dining area with table, microwave, mini fridge (minibar type), coffee maker and kettle, and crockery, you can prepare and heat simple meals.

You have access to the garden, where you will enjoy the superb view overlooking the valley, and the chirping of birds that resonates against the cliff. It's up to you to take short naps or eat at height!

• Entrance through the front facade of the annex.
• Your bedroom is on the left of the hallway, and your bathroom is on the right.
• Equipped dining area (no water point in the room, only in the bathroom).
• Storage with wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables.
• Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink.
• Electric heater for cold weather.
• You are 10 minutes walk from the village center, with its shops: grocery store, bakery, bars and restaurants, post office, artisans and artists, and weekly market on Friday mornings.

CONDITIONS :

• Times: Departures from the lodge are at 12 p.m. (or later but only by explicit agreement depending on subsequent arrivals), and arrivals from 4 p.m. (or sooner, ask us for authorization beforehand).
• Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included. You must carry out routine cleaning during your stay (household appliances, dishes…).
• Linen included : towels, sheets, tea towels.
• Pets are not accepted.
• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, even with the windows open, and to keep cigarette butts in the home. Any additional cleaning required in the event of a tobacco odor will be your responsibility.
• Unauthorized parties and events, unless explicitly agreed.

NOTE:

• We're not at the Hilton: Un Jardin dans la Falaise is a house with 3 gîtes. The view is superb and our visitors love it. But keep in mind that it's an old renovated house, so even with the new soundproofing floors, it's impossible to get the soundproofing of a Hilton 😉 You can hear footsteps or loud voices if the neighbors were insensitive.
• Vehicle parking: Unfortunately, it is not possible to park near the Un Jardin dans la Falaise gîtes. Unique location, unique constraints… After unloading your belongings, you must return to park at the bottom of rue du Bout du Lieu along the low wall, opposite the campsite.
• Neighborhood : We live on the same property, in the house next door.
• Domestic cat on property : Our cat Ouifie has access to the garden. She does not normally go to lodges, which are obviously forbidden to her. However, we warn our tenants of its presence, in the event of fears of significant allergies or phobias.
