The most beautiful village and a perfect place to stay. The hosts are delightful and the apartment was clean, cosy, well equipped ad comfortable. Amazing views from the lovely garden. All in all just perfect!
Nice place to take in the essentials
What can you say about Cabrerets? That a river runs through it, fresh, lively, nourishing, the beating heart of the valley. That the cliffs stand watch, a refuge for birds, catching the last rays of the sunset and the morning mist. The cliffs where people have always gathered and sheltered. Bells still ringing in the morning to celebrate life, as they always have. How little noise comes from the world. That the forest is dense all around and the vineyards not so far away. That there are countless walks, that you could stay for a long time. To rest again. Close your eyes, open them, meditate, dream. Stop. Touch the cliff tops with your gaze, dip your feet in the cool waters. To listen. And then talk to the people who are there, welcoming you. Discover the expression of artists everywhere.
