The fully-equipped room Célé offers a beautiful view from its window over the Célé, the impressive cliffs, the two châteaux and the village of Cabrerets.

With its independent access at alley level, this small gîte has its back to the cliff, which gives it natural air-conditioning and keeps it cool. cool in summer.

This «mini studio» holiday let offers a private bathroom, and is fitted with a dining area with table, microwave, mini fridge (minibar type), Senseo coffee maker and kettle, and crockeryYou can prepare and reheat simple meals.

You have access to the gardenHere you'll enjoy a superb view over the valley, and the chirping of birds echoing against the cliffs. It's the perfect place for a siesta or a meal high up in the mountains!

• Entrance via the front of the annexe.
• Your bedroom is to the left of the corridor, and your bathroom to the right.
• Fully equipped dining area (no tap in the bedroom; only in the bathroom).
• Storage space with wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables.
• Bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.
• Electric radiator in cold weather.
• You're just a 10-minute walk from the village centre, with its grocery shop, bakery, bars and restaurants, post office, craftspeople and artists, and weekly Friday morning market.

CONDITIONS :

• Times: Departure from the gîte by 12 noon. (or later but only by explicit agreement depending on subsequent arrivals)and arrivals from 4 p.m. (or, alternatively, ask us for permission in advance). 
• Cleaning: Cleaning at the end of your stay is included. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay (household appliances, crockery, etc.). 
• Linen included towels, sheets, tea towels.
• Pets are not allowed. 
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, even with the windows open, and to keep cigarette ends in the accommodation. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning required in the event of a smell of smoke.
• Unauthorised parties and eventsunless explicitly agreed otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This isn’t the Hilton: Un Jardin dans la Falaise is a house with three holiday cottages. The view is superb and our guests love it. But bear in mind that it’s an old, renovated house, so even with the new soundproof flooring, it’s impossible to achieve the same level of soundproofing as a Hilton 😉 You might hear footsteps or loud voices if the neighbours happen to be inconsiderate.
• Vehicle parking : Unfortunately, it is not possible to park right next to the ‘Un Jardin dans la Falaise’ holiday cottages. A unique location means unique constraints… Once you have unloaded your belongings, you will need to drive back down to the bottom of Rue du Bout du Lieu and park along the low wall, opposite the campsite. 
• Neighbourhood : We live on the same property, in the house next door.
• Domestic cat on the property : Our cat, Ouifie, has access to the garden. She does not normally go into the holiday cottages, which are, of course, off-limits to her. However, we do inform our guests of her presence in case they have severe allergies or a phobia.
