Studio OCCITANIE ** - Cleaning and linen included

A soothing place to relax, the studio Occitania is a cosy nest on the 2nd floor under the roof, as if suspended in nature and lulled by birdsong.

From the gîte window, you are halfway up the majestic cliffs, overlooking the river, with a breathtaking view of the village of Cabrerets and its two châteaux.

At the entrance, you are on the same level as the garden, with your private terrace on the side offering the best view of the Célé valley. The garden is the perfect place to relax in a deckchair or enjoy a meal.

• Access to the gîte via external stairs (2nd floor), separate entrance.
• Reversible air conditioning.
• Choice of bedding: 2 single beds, or a queen-size 160cm bed.
• Kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, extractor fan, sink, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge.
• Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
• The gîtes annexe A Garden in the Cliff is a 10-minute walk from the village of Cabrerets and its shops (grocery shop, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlour, post office, bakery, not forgetting our little Friday morning market: perfect for bringing home a few specialities!)

CONDITIONS :

• Times: Departure from the gîte by 12 noon. (or later but only by explicit agreement depending on subsequent arrivals)and arrivals from 4 p.m. (or ask us for authorisation beforehand). 
• Cleaning: Cleaning at the end of your stay is included. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay (household appliances, crockery, etc.). 
• Linen included towels, sheets, tea towels.
• Pets are not allowed. 
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoorsIt is forbidden to smoke, even with the windows open, and to keep cigarette butts in the accommodation. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning required to deal with the smell of tobacco.
• Unauthorised parties and eventsunless explicitly agreed otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This isn't the Hilton: Un Jardin dans la Falaise is a house with 3 gîtes. The view is superb and our visitors love it. But bear in mind that this is an old renovated house, so even with new soundproof floors, impossible to get the soundproofing of a Hilton 😉 You can hear loud footsteps or voices if however the neighbours were indelicate.
• Vehicle parking : Unfortunately, it is not possible to park close to the Un Jardin dans la Falaise gîtes. After unloading your belongings, return to the car park at the bottom of the rue du Bout du Lieu, along the low wall opposite the campsite. 
• Neighbourhood : We live on the same property, in the house next door.
• Domestic cat on the property Our cat Ouifie has access to the garden. She does not normally go into the gîtes, which are obviously off-limits to her. However, we do warn our guests of her presence if they are worried about allergies or phobia.
